Hi I'm Nicola I'm based in Scotland and passionate about the positive role of exercise to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Plus the wonderfully positive role it plays in the lifestyle of mums and family life. I am a level 3 qualified PT specialising in Ante/Post natal. I decided to specialise in Ante/Post natal because I exercised during my own pregnancy and really felt the benefits during and after my pregnancy. Exercising after my pregnancy was however more difficult when I didn't have a babysitter. There were no classes available where I could take the baby with me. This is another reason that I am excited to offer women not only the opportunity to exercise after their pregnancy but also to exercise with their babies in a private studio or outdoors with buggyfit style classes. Hi I'm Debbie I taught NCT ante-natal classes for 10 years and shared in the birth experiences of around 150 new arrivals, and it was during this time that my other passion was born - exercise and working out |

My name is Marlo I am originally from Canada! I have been in the UK for almost 9 years now, coming over from Canada to teach. My teaching career was put on hold after having my first child JJ, followed 19 months later by second child Jack!!! (who are now 4 and 2) During this time I decided to pursue my love of fitness and become a Personal trainer. I have always been very active and continued to be active throughout and after both my pregnancies. I enjoy outdoor training, running and playing rugby! I now want to share the benifts and my love of fitness with pre and post natal ladies in SW London!!!! |

Hi everybody My name is Paul Clark and I live in Bridgwater, Somerset, with my wife Vanessa and our two daughters aged 12 and 15. After many years of exercising for myself, and more recently providing 12 week educational courses on weight loss, healthy eating and an active lifestyle, I decided to complete my Diploma in Personal Training with Referred Populations, specialising in both Ante and Post Natal Exercise. This is when I first met Alison Merry as the tutor on the course. Alison's wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise was first class and totally inspired me to be part of the BloomingFit team. Since gaining my diploma, and now working as a Personal Trainer in a Health Club, I have received many enquiries about exercise during and after pregnancy. I believe that this has highlighted the need for both good quality advice and guidance on how to exercise safely. It's fantastic to think that I am now part of a team of specialized trainers with the opportunity of helping you to achieve the healthiest & fittest pregnancy, birth and new motherhood. I look forward to meeting you in my classes as I guide and support you through your exercise plan during and after pregnancy. |
