- 2 carrots
- 2 apples
- 1 inch slice of lemon – where possible, wax free and with rind
- ¼ inch of fresh ginger
- 2 ice cubes

Ingredients
- 2 Golden Delicious or Royal Gala apples
- 1 handful fresh blueberries
- 1 handful fresh raspberries
- 1 handful fresh strawberries
Instructions
If you have a whole fruit juicer then this is sooo easy; if not follow the same method but you will need to cut up the apples first.
- Place one apple in the chute of the juicer. followed by the berries and the second apple.
- Juice - pour over crushed ice - enjoy!
