Stretching after exercise helps you "wind down" and lengthen out the muscles you have just worked.
Stretching can be a powerful tool to releasing general muscle tension and improving posture in pregnancy.
Be aware of the effects of relaxin on your muscles and joints at this most vulnerable time.
