Trust in you inner strength
to relax your mind & body
to connect with your inner wisdom
to be in the moment.....
 
 

Actions

  • Set the scene. Turn off the mobile. Be warm. Play some calm, inspiring music
  • Ensure your environment is safe for you to fully relax in.
  • Choose a position comfortable for you. Use cushions to support your spine.You may wish to close your eyes.
  • Release and let go by using your breath
  • Breathe deeply into your lungs and let your tummy expand
  • Feel your ribs, chest and spine expand
  • Gently exhale fully
  • Take a small pause before you inhale again
  • Keep it soft. Let it happen
  • continue this cycle finding your own rhythm and flow

  

Connect with your self

Picture a white crystal, pure and dazzling with light
In your mind, take a moment to gaze at its radiance and power.
Now picture the crystal glowing inside your very core. The point just behind your tummy button.
Comfortably feel the shining rays illuminate your core

Feel the warm light radiating in a clockwise direction around your core. Relax and confidently enjoy this feeling.
Comfortably feel the positive energy to believe in your inner capabilities

Feel your glowing confidence to cope with any situation
Now take the crystal and place it in your 'pocket' knowing you can feel its radiance

and inner strength whenever you need to
Bring your awareness back to your breath and the present

Wisdom .....

This is a wonderful relaxation journey to enable you to surrender to your inner strength

Be confident that you can and will cope with whatever challenges you may face.
